                                                The Heart Behind In Her Strength:

Who knew a graduate program would unite two passionate minds to spark the birth of a nonprofit? Lindsay and I instantly connected during our two-year public health program, bonding over shared values, ambition, and a drive to make a difference.
It wasn’t until after graduation that we recognized the power we held, not just in our degrees, but in our lived experiences. In a heartfelt conversation, we discovered that breast cancer had deeply impacted both of our families, her mother and my grandmother had each faced the challenges of diagnosis. That moment lit a fire in us.
Our passion for breast cancer awareness and education is deeply personal. In Her Strength was born from love, loss, resilience, and the belief that no woman should fight alone. We're honored to begin this journey and hit the ground running, breaking barriers, building community, and lifting up the voices of those who need to be heard.
